Cooking Demonstrations

Thank you for your interest in doing a cooking demonstration at our upcoming conference. We are thrilled that you are interested in participating! Our goal is to offer a series of cooking demonstrations that promotes healthy eating while using organic, farm-fresh, and/or locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.

The conference will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 9:00am - 6:00pm at Brooklyn Technical High School. Cooking demos will be held from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Demo stations will be equipped with two Bunsen burners, cutting boards, prep bowls, serving and eating utensils, and one long table. You will be responsible for bringing any additional supplies & equipment. Demos will be held during the hours of 10am - 5pm. Each demo should last no longer than thirty (30) minutes in total and should include at least 20 bite-sized tasting samples. We will reimburse you up to $25 for ingredients purchased for your demo (please save your receipts).

Please fill out the proposal form by March 01, 2012. If your company or organization is participating in more than one demo (i.e., you have multiple chefs participating), please submit multiple proposals.
